Don't be mistaken these may be the four of the greatest captains to have ever have served in Star Fleet, but they are not the only one there are many other great captains and crews. If you watch the shows you will know this.
Also shown are there Ships or in Siskos case his station but later in the shows airing he was also given the U.S.S. Defiant with was permanantly stationed at Deep SPace Nine.

I know the pictuer text is a little fuzzy but this is a display of the milkyway galaxy and how it is devided up among the known major empires and the Federation, again there are many races, and empires not show or not discovered yet. Watch the shows.
